San Antonio, TX – On November 07, 2012 U.S. Marshalsarrested Michael Clack (32). Clack was wanted in Nueces County for AggravatedRobbery charges. Clack’s warrant stems from an incident that occurred onOctober 20, 2012 where he allegedly robbed a family at gun point during a homeinvasion on CR- 49 in Nueces County. The Gulf Coast Violent Offender andFugitive Task Force (GCVOFTF) tracked Clack to San Antonio where theycoordinated with the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force (LSFTF) to apprehend Clackat an apartment complex on the 13600 block of O’Connor. Clack was taken to BexarCounty Jail where he awaits extradition back to Nueces County in lieu of a$100,000 bond.
The Gulf Coast Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force is ateam comprised of law enforcement officers from the U.S. Marshals, CorpusChristi Police Department, Nueces and Victoria Counties Sheriff’s Departments,and the Texas Department of Corrections. The task force objective is to seekout and arrest violent criminals, gang members, and sex offenders. U.S.Marshals-led district task forces arrested 81,900 state and local fugitives inFY 2010, clearing approximately 108,200 state and local felony warrants.
